We accept any debit of credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own local currency.

We accept most credit and debit card payments, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. You may send and pay for flowers over the phone by calling us.

Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.

When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been processed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for any reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Orders received before 3pm Monday to Saturday UK time for local delivery will be delivered on the same day if required.

Orders placed to be delivered on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day. Online deliveries can only be in the UK.

No timed deliveries – except for funeral tributes and weddings.

Please telephone if you have an emergency order.

If you require specific flowers please telephone at least 24 hours before delivery is required.

Orders are delivered ONCE. If the recipient is not home the flowers/plant are returned to the shop and a delivery note is left informing them that flowers/plant have tried to be delivered and to collect from the shop.

If a neighbour is home we will try and leave the flowers/plant with them providing they are willing to take responsibility for the delivery.

If the recipient is physically unable to collect their flowers/plant a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient at Little Flower Shops’ earliest convenience.

Little Flower Shop are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants or sundries if left.

We take care of our flowers and ensure freshness and quality at all times.

Little Flower Shop is not VAT registered.

Delivery Policy

Our delivery service is only within the Burgess Hill area as indicated by the postcodes on our contact page.
We will process orders received on Sundays or public holidays the next working day. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Anomalies in your submitted personal details may lead to delays in delivery. Before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full postal address, including the postcode of the intended recipient. Include a daytime contact telephone and e-mail address so that we can notify you should there be any delivery problems.

In very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payment in full.

In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, care homes and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

Please note that we are only responsible for delivering against signature to the address you quote (or an imminent neighbour if no one is at home) we regret that where goods have been correctly delivered we can not accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual received refuses or fails to return item(s).

When placing your order you are able to specify further delivery information using the ‘Delivery Notes’ field. This is intended to provide further guidance to the party delivering your order which is not included within your address information, for example to specify floor number, or hospital ward. We reserve the right to not action any delivery requests specified in this field which we deem unacceptable and will use other elements of address information provided elsewhere on the order form to fulfill your order.

Returns Policy

Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery of your flowers. We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.
